Smart Scheduler, our automated lesson-scheduling engine, is now fully released. Set teaching availability, collect student availability, and let Smart Scheduler build an entire weekly schedule in seconds.

• Two scheduling styles. Choose "Most Consolidated" to pack lessons tightly and cluster students onto shared days, or "Spread Across Days" to balance your teaching load evenly across the week.
• Automatic breaks, guaranteed. Set a break every X hours for Y minutes, and Smart Scheduler builds it into your schedule — no more accidentally teaching five hours straight.
• Drag-and-drop schedule editing. Adjust any lesson by dragging or resizing it directly on the calendar. While you drag, the student's real availability lights up on the calendar so you know your change still works for them.
• Email requests with one-click links. Requesting availability now sends students an email with your personal note and a direct link into their availability form — no more chasing texts.
• Editable saved schedules. Previously generated schedules can now be updated in place instead of always starting over.
• Redesigned workspace. A cleaner three-tab layout — Your Schedule, Student Schedules, and Generate & Manage — makes setting availability, tracking student responses, and generating schedules faster and clearer.
