Time Zone Aware Scheduling

Stand Partner now fully supports time zones across the platform, improving accuracy for teachers and students in different regions.

Key Improvements

• New accounts automatically detect and assign an appropriate time zone.
• Existing users can set their time zone from Settings or directly from the calendar page.
• Lesson times on the calendar, in reminders, and in “Book a Lesson” flows now reflect each user’s local time zone.
• Calendar subscriptions (Apple, Google, Outlook, etc.) stay consistent with your chosen time zone, including across daylight saving time changes.

This update makes teaching and learning across time zones more reliable and reduces confusion about when lessons occur.
