Studio Docs: More Than Just a Contract Tab

The former Contract tab has been expanded into Studio Docs, giving you a centralized home for important studio documents.

What You Can Store

• Contracts and policies
• Syllabi
• Photo or media release forms
• Studio directions and information sheets
• Other documents you need families to read or sign

Signatures and Acknowledgements

For each document you can choose whether it:

• Requires a legally binding e-signature, or
• Only needs to be viewed or acknowledged.

You can track who has signed or viewed each document and, when required, ensure e-signatures are completed to maintain portal access.

These tools make it easier to manage paperwork, stay organized, and keep your studio aligned with your policies.
