Recurring Monthly Charges

We’ve added a new way to automate tuition billing with recurring monthly charges.

Two Billing Modes

From the Setup monthly charges button on the Finances page, you can now:

1. Flat Rate Billing
2. Charge the same amount each month for selected students or groups.

3. Ideal for standard monthly tuition plans.

4. Dynamic Billing

5. Let Stand Partner calculate monthly charges based on the number of scheduled lessons.
6. Automatically accounts for short or long months and holiday weeks.

This feature significantly reduces manual calculation and helps keep your monthly billing consistent and error-free.
